- watch the katas on video - and if you are not satisfied with the videos that are in the app, you can change them.
- make a shortlist of the katas you like best - or katas to train.
- select a random kata - both on the basis of all katas - or among your favourites.
- the app KATA is available for both iPad/iPhone and Android.
